Services

Three kinds of work, one pair of hands.

Fitted joinery
01 · Lead time 4–8 weeks

Fitted joinery

Bespoke cabinetry, built-in bookcases, alcove storage, fitted wardrobes, panelling, and standalone pieces. Hardwood-led: oak, walnut, ash, beech. Paint-grade where it suits the room.

02 · Lead time 16 weeks

Kitchens

Solid-timber kitchens, designed and made for the way the room is actually used. Shaker, in-frame, slab. I work with one stonemason and one appliance fitter I trust.

Kitchens
Garden carpentry
03 · Lead time 2–6 weeks on site

Garden carpentry

Arbors, pergolas, tree houses, summer houses, decking, pond surrounds, and fencing. Pressure-treated softwoods and hardwoods, built to weather slowly.

Common questions
How far in advance should I book?

Six months is comfortable. Three months is possible for joinery; kitchens almost always need the full lead time.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes. 30% on signed drawings, 40% on materials, 30% on completion. No deposit to receive a written quote.

Do you work outside Lancashire?

Occasionally, for the right project. I will not pretend the travel is free; it gets quoted in.

What about the rest of the build?

I work with one tiler, one stonemason, one plumber, one electrician. All independent, all directly accountable to you. I co-ordinate but I do not subcontract.
